Windosw XP virus removal?
I am having many problems with my laptop at the minute due to malware and viruses. I treid all tools and sites to uninstall it but still can not get rid of them all. I managed to get a copy of Windows XP and a copy of all my drivers on a Dell CD, if I had to do a clean installation of Windows XP that would get rid of the problems of viruses and clean the hard drive? I understand that I lose all my documents and files on the computer but I backup to an external hard drive already. Thanks in advance.
Yes! Be sure to scan your external drive however, the virus can be in your documents. I use AVG, and SuperAntiSpyware to scan my PC terminator and spyware sometimes if the other two do not work … Scanning these always work for me.
