3.5 "HDD enclosures?
In short, my old computer died a death and I need to get a couple of things off the drive hard, that wasn't what went wrong. (it's run well) The hard drive is 4 "width ways, but only the sizes of boxes that you can see are 2", presumably for portable hard drives 3.5 "and 5.25". So the question is, will my hard disk is a 3.5 "drive? Is 3.5" refers to internal disk size, and the case is not included? Or do I need a 5.25 ", then he can have a smaller size? Cheers in advance! Is quite old Seagate 7200.9 400gig drive
If you can specify that the manufacturer and model of driive hard it would be helpful. Without this information go with a 5 1 / 4 "– one that really needed is to connect power and data cables into the enclosure. Yes 3.5 "refers to the free base unit supports, etc. .. good luck
