How I can connect the audio from my MacBook Pro to my TV?
I have the Apple Mini DisplayPort to DVI connected to a Belkin HDMI to DVI Video Cable that connects to your TV via HDMI port. From now on, I am able to show my screen and watch videos on TV, however, my only audio option is to play through my speakers Mac If anyone knows how I can be able to send the audio file I'm currently streaming through Safari on my TV, I definitely Thank you. Keep in mind that DVI and VGA cables are not supported when the video signal. Today, just a cable that has an output video and audio on the same line as the HDMI, but the Mac Mini DisplayPort to HDMI adapter – probably because the video port compatible output only and no audio. You need a cable 3.5 mm to 3.5 mm if your HDTV has this port for a 3.5mm to RCA cable. You plug the 3.5mm headphone jack and the other to your TV. Would accept audio input automatically (like auto accepts the output of a DVD player). Tune in to the right channel / video mode and begins to work.
