Apple will replace my macbook pro?
My macbook keeps freezing, so let the geniuses "fix." And they said nothing was wrong with him and passed all their tests but when I brought it home froze about 20 times in 5 hours or less. When you do that there is nothing I can do, but turn it off. Is the replacement process to take a long time? Do you think they will replace it? I mean it freezes constantly. I've had 3 months, with Apple Care.
The warranty covers basically software malfunction, and if only they did wrong. Seeing is malfunctioning software should. I only fill apple.they phone or in the details. Just be sure to use a program to safely clean your disk if you have information on personal it.

How "Repair Permissions" on my Macbook, Safari is freezing constantly and the beach ball appears.?
I want to know how repair permissions on my macbook … Safari crashes about every time. Beach ball is still .. literally. and force them out does not work when the keyboard ..
If you have the original disks, run it and open Disk Utility. Follow the instructions on the screen to launch the first care and repair permissions (must be at the bottom of the window.) If you do not have the original disk, ask someone you know has a Mac and see if you can borrow a boot disk.
